Sensorwechsel ohne Prozessunterbruch durch echte Dichtheit

Sensor replacement without system shutdown – dead-space-free precision and maximum availability

The ASEPTconnect (MZ2300) inline housing from Labom is perfectly suited for pharmaceutical production facilities, as it has been specifically developed to meet the highest hygiene and sterilization requirements (CIP/SIP). With its standardized aseptic clamp connection according to DIN 11864-3, integration is exceptionally simple and hygienic.

A key advantage: when replacing a sensor, the entire installation remains unchanged – only the sensor itself needs to be exchanged. This minimizes downtime and ensures maximum system availability at all times.

Thanks to its dead-space-free design, gap-free O-ring sealing, and construction in high-grade stainless steel 1.4435 (316L, delta ferrite < 0.5%), ASEPTconnect meets the stringent requirements of the pharmaceutical industry. The housing is also available for various nominal pipe sizes and is both CIP- and SIP-capable, ensuring residue-free cleaning and sterilization.

The optimal solution for future-proof, flexible, and cost-efficient measurement technology in pharmaceutical plants – hygienic, robust, and with maximum sensor interchangeability.

When transport and weighing come together

In warehousing, production and logistics, time losses often do not arise from individual large work steps, but from many small interruptions. A pallet is moved, taken to the scale, weighed, documented and then transported onwards.
